Incredible meal at this pub restaurant! The service was perfect, and the food prepared by chef Chris was fabulous. Highly recommend for a great dining experience.

She was very pleasant and made sure that we were satisfied with every stage of our meal. The price was very reasonable too. It&#39;s cheaper to visit during the week and not so busy. My only concern was the distance to the disabled toilet. But on the whole, a very enjoyable experience

The Christmas menu at The Spread Eagle has some amazing choices. The nut roast was beautifully cooked, and the vegetables were perfectly prepared. I can&#39;t wait to return and try more!

Being a birthday celebration lunch for my elder daughter, I wanted it to be a special occasion. In fact this turned out to be one of the most enjoyable lunches I&#39;ve recently experianced. First the staff on duty made us very welcome, and the service throughout was faultless. Both my daughter and myself chose from the daily lunch menu, and our choices for the main and dessert were excellent, and what a welcome change to have a real flavoursome main course.. Would definitely return.

If you&#39;re looking for a charming place to dine near the NEC, the Little Owl is a fantastic choice. The chicken kebab and slow-cooked beef were both excellent, and the staff were very accommodating.

Asked for a quiet table with easy access, and got exactly that!The staff were welcoming and helpful and the food was a very good standard and generous portions.

The staff were very welcoming and professional.    Meal was plentiful and well cooked, maybe warm the plates to keep food hot.   Knifes need replacing as very blunt to cut meat, although we should have asked for replacements.   Nice atmosphere.

A group of us went for the &#39;Rock &amp; Roll&#39; night. The entertainer was excellent if a bit to loud. The food was pretty good. the prawn cocktail sauce was rather watery but the prawns were fine. The serving of pate was very generous but the bread was like concrete. I think it had started life as a sourdough baguette, been re-warmed then allowed to go cold.We were very pleased with the main course being served with separate dishes of potatoes and vegetables so you could choose what you wanted and how much.Our table all had the salmon which was lovely. The sweets were all good as well.A grand night was had by all.

We came yesterday afternoon,  and we got a corner seating that was perfect.  Peaceful, service great,food good. It was great. Thank you.
