There ist one word to define it FANTASTICO!We have been here twice, because we love this restaurant. Service, quality of food, wine list and the unbeleavable view fron the terrace ist UNFORGETABLE!Whenever we will return to Il Caveau, be sure we will be back - Grazie de tutto, the Austrians

The bistro has a good vibe, warm and cozy.  We ordered a terrific Bruni Syrah (recommended by the staff) and the chef delivered our appetizer called &ldquo;cacio e pepe&rdquo; but completely different from the pasta of the same name.  We ordered the duck with greens and spaghetti with red shrimp crudo.  You can tell the chef cares about his creations.  Everything was amazing!  I only wish we had stayed for dessert.

Went for lunch. Loved it. Went back with friends for dinner a few days later. All dishes excellent including amazing sea food specials. The appetizers are large and enough for two. They split it for you. Very friendly family owners with good English

Today&rsquo;s catch is a very fresh fish which tastes meaty and buttery. The chef cooked it just for right time! The presentation is also beautiful!!

Another beautiful restaurant on a very lovely if not exclusive property. Incredible views and service and prices to match.

The ambiance of this restaurant is truly charming, with a warm welcome from the staff. The meat dishes are superb, and the wine selection is impressive, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner.

The best thing about Maremma Pig is the pizza, they are all very good! The service is fast but average quality and unfortunately inside the exhaust does not work properly so you can smell  the fry and it sticks to your clothes.

A beautifully designed place, an innovative choice of dishes, great quality of ingredients and variety of taste! The service personnel very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, true gentlemen. A nicely adapted wine list at a reasonable pricing. Overall, A wonderful experience! Try out when in Grosseto!

The location is really nice, elegant and relaxing. The pasta was a bit to al dente but the two chef&rsquo;s recommendations for the day were very particular and tasty. Would recommend even though it&rsquo;s a bit expensive, understandable since it is the restaurant of a pretty nice hotel.

We decide to come back ???? to test all menu. And more we will go there again!
