The Capital Grille offers a wonderful dining experience with a beautiful ambiance. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing meal.

It had been a while since I treated myself to a fine dining experience, so I came into this meal with high expectations&mdash;and it absolutely delivered. The banchan set the tone right away: beautifully presented, full of little tasty surprises that made me wonder what else was coming. The striped jack that followed was even better&mdash;the acidity of the white kimchi lifted the fish and gave it such a refined balance.

We shared one steak and also got their sundae which was huge! We got our steak medium and it was pretty good. We made sure to drizzle the meat juices on the meat as well.The server served us each a slice of the steak in the beginning which I thought was pretty cool. It also explained why most of the google review photos didn&rsquo;t have a fully intact steak lol.
