DISSAPOINTED! ROCKWELL brunch! I have had a such an unpleasant experience just recently! Ihave been a regular guest for 3 years, with my family. So, I wanted to book a table for the weekend lunch, which I usually did without any problem and so many times through the staff.But this time some lady approached me and in very rude way tried to convince me that is impossible. When I told her that I have done it so many times, she insisted in disrespectful way and in a way call me liar. I couldn&rsquo;t believe the way I was treated, and being a regular visitor.When I asked to talk to the manager, The Lady claimed the se was the OWNER OF VIA MARE. If it is a true, I am shocked about a way she was doing business and treating loyal clients. I AM SURE THAT I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. AND IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED IN A RIGHT WAY AND HAVE A PLEASANT LUNCH, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
