We had a fantastic dinner at Euphoria. The choice of menu was good; the presentation and the quality of the food was excellent; the choice and quality of wine was first rate; and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made the evening most memorable. The cost of the meal was also very reasonable relative to the quality of the whole occasion.

The food was amazing and so was the service. The staff was very friendly. The view of the sea and Etna was stunning. Best to come before sunset and observe every stage of the sky.

The restaurant offers a superb dining experience with delicious meats and truffle-based dishes that are simply delightful. The breakfast is also varied and high-quality, making it a great start to the day.
