This was by far the best food we have had while on our trip in Italy. I wish we had come a half hour sooner to see the sun setting as we were only able to watch it for a few minutes. We definitely will remember this restaurant for future visits to Sardinia!

I was in this place on 09/30/2024 and I waited until now to write a review because I wanted to write it as coldly as possible.

Although before going to a new place I always try to document myself through reviews, this time unfortunately I hadn&#39;t done it. It was dinner time, I had worked 12 hours and I was really tired, so while driving I was attracted by the sign, I parked and went in. It was Saturday night and there was only one couple in the entire pizzeria.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and a Coke Zero. The cost was 17 euros for the pizza, among other things with a frozen base and the addition of ingredients on top but I was starving. I eat the first piece and almost feel sick. I look better and see a black cockroach (blatta orientalis) wriggling, after having unfortunately eaten a piece (I attach a photo).

I take the plate, get up and go into the restaurant (I was sitting in the garden area) and put it on the bar counter where all the staff was gathered. Now imagine how you would have felt in a situation like that: SHOCKED! The answer was simply &quot;we didn&#39;t put it there... it must have flown&quot;. No apologies. 

Now, given that this type of cockroach usually doesn&#39;t fly and given that every restaurant should disinfect the internal and external spaces... at this answer I felt even more confused. I asked them how I should feel and they started INSULTING ME and one of them, a boy, EVEN PUT HIS HANDS ON ME while the rest of the family continued to insult me. 

Could I have called the authorities? Yes and maybe I would have done well. But I was tired from the day, away from home and the thought of spending the night or the following morning at the police station didn&#39;t appeal to me. The experience was shocking, so much so that I waited 9 months to leave a review.

The ambience and food are great.Also the service is good.We appreciated all the dishes.Although I asked for it, they didn&#39;t accept payment through Yums as suggested by &quot;The Forks&quot;.

All starters were fabulous. The main courses (meat) looked great; but we eat vegetarian. Luckily they improvised a vegetarian dinner for us. All starter dishes were great. The vegan burger (main dish) could be improved by adding some flavourful sauce. The view is unique. The place very memorable. Loved it!
