Cosme, to me, felt like a concept where the creators knew how to make one thing incredibly well, and in order to create an ecosystem, added a bunch of other things that did not live to the expectations of that main dish.The Ensalada de la Casa and the Herb Guacamole were completely forgettable. Nothing really stood out, both dishes were a bit disappointing. The corn tostadas were good, but couldn&#39;t save the dish. I would not recommend you to order any of these.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Clocktower two weeks ago, located inside the beautiful Edition Hotel. This restaurant offers a perfect blend of historic charm and elevated British-American fare in a posh, club-like setting &mdash; complete with cozy dining rooms and even a lounge with a pool table.We started with their house-made sourdough bread, served warm and absolutely irresistible. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed and was the perfect complement to brunch. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet lively.
