It was one of those rare occasions  where each course had been very well  thought out - all the ingredients blended together so well and resulted in truly original flavours. Beetroot in a dessert recipe? Absolutely!!

We stumbled upon Brasserie St.Georges in Interlaken, and boy, are we glad we did! We&#39;d originally made reservations at a traditional Swiss place across the street, but honestly, we couldn&#39;t face another meal of fondue and potatoes. This place turned out to be exactly what we needed.Located in one of the nicest hotels in the area, Brasserie St.Georges offers a mix of Italian, French, and Swiss food. The restaurant itself has a great vibe - fancy enough for a nice dinner out, but still comfortable for a family meal.I went for the burger, and it was spot-on. Thick, juicy, and cooked just right - exactly what I was craving. My wife tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which was a hit. Instead of the usual ham, it had beef inside along with the melted cheese, all wrapped up in crispy breading. A nice twist on a classic.The real winner for us was the kids&#39; menu. Our daughter got the chicken tenders and loved them. It&#39;s not always easy to find good options for kids in Interlaken, so this was a big plus.What really stood out was the service. In a country known for good hospitality, these folks still managed to impress us. They were attentive without being overbearing, and seemed genuinely happy to help.The hotel that houses the restaurant is pretty impressive too - it&#39;s one of those beautiful, historic buildings you see all over Switzerland. It definitely added to the overall experience.If you&#39;re in Interlaken and looking for a break from traditional Swiss fare, or just want a really good meal, Brasserie St.Georges is the place to go. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, food-wise. We&#39;ll definitely be back next time we&#39;re in town.

The excellent service was only outclassed by the incredible cuisine. Our dishes were so good, I was brought to tears--a rare occurrence. The porcini ravioli with truffle and blueberries was delicate and divine. The AlpenZander with creamed saurkraut and mountain cranberries was like tasting God.

Caf&eacute; Odeon is not just a caf&eacute;; it&#39;s a piece of history! The staff are attentive and the food is delicious. I always enjoy my visits here, and the ambiance is perfect for a cozy meal or drink.

This place is a true delight for the taste buds, especially with dishes like wild boar ravioli and decadent chocolate fondant. Definitely worth a visit!

No. 6 of Local Restaurants in Geneva

We had made our reservation through TheFork and were there on time. When arriving at the restaurant, we were not asked for our reservation name. Just if we had reserved through the restaurant or on line. They just set-up our table for 6 when we arrived. It was not already done. And we were placed at the cold area by the windows. The people behind us were wearing jackets and a cup. Food was correct and waitresses very sweet. We were 2 single moms with 4 children. Best to avoid winter as pretty cold indoors.

Lovely bar with great service and cocktails. The staff were all excellent with special mention for Clement. Best way to celebrate Fathers Day in Montreux

If you go to an Irish Pub on a Friday night&hellip; It&rsquo;s going to be busy.  Especially, when the Irish Stew is authentic.  I felt like I was back in my Sainted Grandmother&rsquo;s kitchen.  Thanks for the wonderful food, and sparking my memory back to my childhood.🍀

Great service! Based on previous reviews we were concerned about service but all severs from waiter who greeted us to our wait staff were excellent!!

We entered from the hotel and the little door leads to two ways, up and down, was a bit confusing not knowing where the reception is. Food was great, great selection and quality superb. Staff serving us was really attentive and helpful. Seats are bit tight though, from table to table. Overall speakinh we enjoyed it

I had a wonderful evening with excellent food in a warm atmosphere. The waiter was top-notch, very professional and friendly, which added to the overall experience.

Really liked the atmosphere and the staff were very nice.  V&eacute;g&eacute;tarien plates were very well presented, good and complete.

The view of Lake Geneva is stunning, especially while enjoying a delightful champagne cocktail.

The food, wine and ambiance was excellent.  The staff were very hospitable, we would have liked them to have been a bit quicker serving and topping up the drinks and taking the drinks orders.  Otherwise, thank you for a great evening

I had a wonderful time at Bar Rouge, where the view over the city was simply fantastic. The drinks were great, and the staff provided excellent service throughout the evening.

The cocktails at this bar are a must-try! The bartenders are skilled mixologists who pay great attention to detail, making every drink a delightful experience.

Great! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, not only because of the hotel and the welcome, but also because of the magnificent meal and excellent cocktails.
