So to start, the food was really excellent and the place had really nice selection of wines and local delicatessen, it was cozy and in the city center, but the service was really bad. We felt like if we were not welcome and were too much to the place, they had cancelled our reservation as we arrived 14 minutes late, so after that we said we got lost in the medieval city on the way from the Pope&#39;s palace, they activated it again. But said this we have really felt the weight of not being wanted.

Lovely traditional Italian food. We chose the most expensive bottle of red on the menu at only &euro;14, it was great! Our waiter was very friendly and spoke good English, helping us to translate the menu. Thank you!

My wife and I visited this restaurant twice in our 30 day stay in Rome and it is about and hour away from Downtown Rome, but it is definitely worth the drive (twice). The people are very nice and accomadating and after you leave you feel a part of the community there. Like it says on their sign entering the restaurant, &quot;Enter as strangers, leave as friends&quot; and it certainly rings true. Thank you very much for your wonderful service!

One of the best meals I&rsquo;ve ever had! Wonderful food prepared simply, fantastic recommendation on wine, friendly, welcoming and attentive staff, and a comfortable, elegant and yet cozy atmosphere both inside and outside. Cannot recommend enough!

Very nice and some creative selections on the Menu. All dishes were delicious. Welcoming staff. Very pleasant atmosphere. I would go again in the warmer months to see it in the evening, but it was great for a Sunday lunch.

The food was great,ambience too,but the time they took to serve the food?absolutely ridiculous, we were in that restaurant for 5 hours,ya FIVE HOURSSS,i wouldnt blame them either,i think its their first time have all of their seats booked,they were absolutely clueless on how to handle the situation,the food was great,heck it was awesome,the ambience was pleasant,but the time we waited just for our appetizers was ridiculous.
