V&iacute;ctor and Noe are excellent hosts.  The food is a culinary experience in every single aspect.  Chef Victor explains the dishes to all guests.  Noe counts with deep knowledge on wines for any taste or if you prefer to match your wine with the food.  Considering that Trigo counts with a Michelin star, the prices are affordable.  Highly recommended any person who enjoys great food and wine.

We had their tasting manu and everything was delicious and well presented. Their service was outstanding and they were really good with allergens. They adapted my dishes to be gluten free and were very careful to explain in each one what they adapted and reassured me that it was safe to eat. Their timing for cleaning up and bringing the next dish was also impeccable. They timed it really well and we never felt rushed neither bored during the meal. Wine recommendations we excellent as well. We can&rsquo;t wait to go back to Suite 22!

The restaurant offers excellent value for money, with some standout dishes like the cured beef croquettes and truly delicious desserts. That said, a couple of items, such as the prawns, could use a bit of improvement.

The atmosphere here is lovely, and the service from our waiter Angel was outstanding. It made our dining experience truly enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we don&rsquo;t speak Spanish and that was not an issue as the man spoke English and Italian. The burgers were delicious , the wine was too and very reasonably priced.

The ambiance at Ambivium is breathtaking, especially with views of the vineyards. The combination of exquisite food and a stunning setting makes it a perfect spot for a memorable dining experience.

Meeting the local chef during a vertical wine tasting while savouring the 4initial appetizers was extraordinary.  The sommelier and the waitress were super.  The same can be said about the dishes : inventive and full of taste. The bread spread : astonishing.  2 stars at least...

Unbelievable, creative food reflecting the qualities of the land that blends traditional regional values with creative but grounded combinations. The chef deserves far wider recognition.

I truly respect the amount of work the chef puts into their dining experience. The dishes are works of art. Unfortunately the food was not satisfying. In fact, something in the 16 course meal made me physically sick later that day.In addition, we paired the dining experience with the recommended wine, but the wine was far too young and did not compliment the meal. I would only recommend Cepa 21 if the chef goes back to basics and focuses more on taste. Until then, I would not recommend Cepa 21.

First time in this 1 star Michelin and was a really good experience.Waiter was very instructive and nice and food was really good.100% recommendable.
