Food and service were excellent. Portions are huge and food was delicious. More than recommend to everyone. We had the mushroom starter with lovely garlic bread followed by the calzone pizza and trio of tortalini. Cannot fault the lovely food and wonderful service. Great value too.

I chose this restaurant for the cozy vibe it has...I love the warm lights at night. What a wonderful surprise! I&#39;ve been many times in Italy and in plenty Italian restaurants but let me tell you Il Gatto Ginno really left me speechless like, literally. I was telling a story and I couldn&#39;t speak as the food was just so but so good! The menu is so good. The different combinations are out of this world! I&#39;ll definitely come back each time I go to Famalic&atilde;o. What an exquisite experience 😍

Truly excellent restaurant with outstanding service and very good food. Easily the best restaurant we have experienced in Portugal. We tried the beef, pork and squid and all were extremely well cooked. Special thank you to Antonio and Vasco for making our evening a memorable one.

The location of this restaurant is unbeatable, perched on a cliff with breathtaking views. It&#39;s definitely worth the visit!
