We booked for 12:30 thinking it would be quieter than 1&hellip; absolutely manic but the service was quick and the food was great.  Had a short wait in a queue for the carvery but it was worth it.  Food extremely fresh and staff busy swapping stuff over for freshly made food.Despite the business no issues and served good food quickly.  Pudding and bottomless drinks also great.They didn&rsquo;t actually have our Fork booking but got us in. No fault of the Fork - Toby had booked us somewhere miles away&hellip;

The atmosphere is absolutely lovely, with such friendly staff&mdash;Julie, the host, was particularly wonderful. It&rsquo;s the perfect spot for a special occasion, like Christmas.

We have used this carvery many times and the service was good. I must say that the place nees a make over.  I wish to mention that Danielle was again working hard. She looks for work to be done and was doing it even in another  area. She def needs a mention

The Burton restaurant has always been the one we&#39;ve been to for 20 years but recently the plates have been cold and the food not quite as hot as it was . The staff are great and the meats always beautifully cooked and now I have the app we will be there even more !

I had a delightful lunch at The King&#39;s Arms, where the food was delicious and the service was prompt. Special thanks to waitress Gail for her friendliness and attention to detail.

This Toby Carvery offers a fantastic breakfast buffet with hot and tasty food. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it a great value for money.

Lovely staff, wonderful service and excellent food. It&#39;s a great pity though that the Tuna Abrizzese Salad -- their best dish and featured as the illustration on this page -- is no longer on the menu. In fact there are no salads on the menu at all except for side salads -- as a vegetarian that is something that I really miss.I&#39;d also like to see a proper automatic door system fitted. The current front door is extremely heavy -- my mother can&#39;t open it on her own so doesn&#39;t go there any more without help. Worse than this, the door sticks fully open quite often as people leave, and when it&#39;s freezing outside if you&#39;re sitting by the window then it gets very cold very quickly. Small things which could make a big difference to our experience as regulars at this great restaurant.

I&rsquo;m always so happy to visit this little paradise. The staff are wonderful and food delicious. And having the gift shop and plant sales in the same place makes it like a trip to somewhere really special.

Another good experience at Toby. It is nice to have a waitress who remembers your preferred drink and offers it as soon as you are seated. A good variety of vegetables including leek crumble which I had not seen before and was very tasty. Cheap and cheerful but none the worse for that.

Saints Kitchen is one of my favorite places in Birmingham. The rotating food menu is always interesting, and the coffee is top-notch. The staff are genuinely friendly and make every visit enjoyable.
