I had the pleasure of dining at The Clocktower two weeks ago, located inside the beautiful Edition Hotel. This restaurant offers a perfect blend of historic charm and elevated British-American fare in a posh, club-like setting &mdash; complete with cozy dining rooms and even a lounge with a pool table.We started with their house-made sourdough bread, served warm and absolutely irresistible. I could have eaten the whole basket myself!

They were happy to chat about the dishes and make drink recommendations, which made the whole experience feel personal.Warm, modern, and just a little moody. The minimalist decor and soft lighting make it feel cozy but still sleek. Great for a date, a chill dinner with friends, or just treating yourself to something nice.

Everything was absolutely delicious! The dishes were beautifully plated and full of flavor, fresh, balanced, and satisfying. The Eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked, the pancakes were light and flavorful, and the fruit bowl was incredibly fresh. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed and was the perfect complement to brunch. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy yet lively.
