Great french fine dining in Hong Kong!I really enjoyed my evening at EPURE Restaurant.Before diner, we enjoyed a class of Champagne on the lounge terrasse. The atmosphere is cosy and the view on Hong Kong island is breath taking! Then, we had diner inside and enjoyed a eight course tasting menu.All the dishes were amazing, my favorite being the seared foie gras! And my friend really liked the Japanese beef as her main dish, and the pumpkin velouté. Deserts are also very tasty. After 8 dishes, we were satisfied!Also the staff took very good care of us, it was like being in a 3 star michelin restaurant in Paris! I will definitely come back to Epure!
