Walking into the neatly arranged Gudu Tao Pagoda with white pagodas, I feel a vast momentum. This momentum comes not from the tall and magnificent main Pagoda in the center, but from the small white pagoda around the main pagoda. Not a few, dozens, but more than 700 people are arranged neatly in the sunshine. Although such a spectacular team of architects is a masterpiece of modern man-made, it is still very rare to carry forward religion in such a grand way. It's barefoot shoes and socks. Walking along the long corridor of carved beams and paintings, the neat pagoda is like a neat procession of guests in the sunshine, but few people come up to see their close-up in detail. Looking at the introduction of the scenic spots, we know that these so-called white pagodas contain stone tablets carved with Buddhist scriptures. Their names should accurately be called Gongde Steles. In 1875, about 2,400 monks completed the fifth restoration of Buddhist scriptures in human history. At the same time, the final scriptures were carved on 729 stone tablets. These white pagodas were built for these stone tablets and arranged neatly and orderly at the foot of Mount Mandalay. Therefore, there are some pictures hanging on the corridor, introducing the moments of this historic moment, some believers are looking at those pictures in great detail. We walked along the corridor to the big Buddhist Pagoda in the center. The magnificent main pagoda was very ordinary surrounded by 729 small white monuments of merit and virtue. It is the Buddha statue in the niche in front of the pagoda. It is very kind against the changing background of the modern color wheel. Many local people worship it. There are shrines around the pagoda, but the southern one is the most brilliant. Because the East and North corridors are not open to traffic, and the West corridors are not many visitors, so the shrines correspondingly have some coldness. Around the Great Buddhist Pagoda, we approached the Buddhist scriptures and stone tablets in a small white pagoda nearby. We still admired the profound Buddhist culture and people's piety.
