Mudun Island is a small island in Hongze Lake. It is legendary that the hero of the Northern Song Dynasty, Mu Guiying, practiced the army to fight Liao. Although the island is not big, it has beautiful scenery and lush vegetation. The villagers inside live by fishing and can taste the delicious Hongze Lake fresh. Every evening, the sunset here is still beautiful on the lake.

The most beautiful picture of nature Mudun Island is located in the semi-town of Sihong County, Jiangsu Province, with an area of 1.96 square kilometers.
