This is the restaurant used by Catalan chefs (currently with nine restaurants) to define "Barcelona cuisine", with soothing music flowing in the vintage style decoration; although the layout of the restaurant is slightly cramped, but the friendly and thoughtful service is enough to make up for it. The restaurant name is a pun, sucar lent, which means “slowly snatched” in Catalan; and suculento means “succulenty” in Spanish, and they are practicing it all through careful design and patient cooking of each dish!
