The direct reply could not be adjusted, and Trip.com customer service could not get the supplier. Therefore, it is recommended that these outsourced businesses can evaluate and evaluate suppliers, otherwise it will affect Trip.com's overall service and customer experience. The customer service brother himself was very helpless, saying that he could not ask the supplier to coordinate. It is strongly recommended that Trip.com can establish a relevant system to restrain similar situations. My problem is solved, but I found the scenic spot to send an email to solve it.
