The hotel is at great location and the room is clean. Staffs are helpful & friendly. There’s a shop selling souvenirs just near the lobby, with a very friendly owner. We liked the breakfast, but the pool is a bit disappointed. Anyway, finding a decent room with this price in Aqaba isn’t easy. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

As soon as I arrived at the hotel door, someone took the baggage and handed it to the lemon tea. There was a light off in the bedroom. The maintenance staff came quickly. After repairing, there was soil on the floor and they asked if they needed cleaning and cleaning. They took the initiative to hide behind the door. These details make people feel intimate. Five of our friends went to Kempinski with this originally because they had lived in Kempinski before and wanted to experience the new feeling. This hotel is newly opened. The interior facilities and decoration are super new. All aspects are very satisfactory. The shortcoming is that the restaurant is a little small. I don’t have the imagination. I hope it can be improved. However, the infinity pool and the beach next to it are really super beautiful.
