Things to do in Abu Dhabi

Design: The Louvre Abu Dhabi truly has an artistic flair; the architecture is incredibly stylish, with intriguing light and shadow effects and a capped ceiling. Just exploring the architecture itself is worth spending considerable time on. Exhibits: Seeing artifacts from various civilizations, especially Chinese and Egyptian, evoked mixed feelings. Meeting them here across such a vast distance felt both wondrous and heartbreaking—it's painful to see our own cultural treasures scattered overseas. Environment: The space is vast, but it gets incredibly hot in the summer. Some areas aren't entirely indoors, so it's quite sunny. I recommend avoiding the hottest times of day.

We had a great experience, but I recommend this park for 9+, maybe rides are too scary for younger kids. Mine were 9 and 12, they had a good time.

Not sure what to do on a short layover in Abu Dhabi? Check out Qasr Al Watan where you get to view the beautiful Arabian architecture and learn about the city. It's especially worth it if you are interested in architecture and a truly wonderful place to spend an hour in the afternoon.

A highly recommended place to visit! The animals in the aquarium seem happy and willing to interact with humans. The animals in the touch pool are willing to be touched and don't shy away. The 360° screen at the aquarium is really luxurious! There are many clean restrooms. The food and shows are average, and it's quite cold around the penguins.

This island has 4 big Amusement parks and a big mall. Some hotels have private beaches, but you pay a little and get a towel, water, and chair. The food is great. Just avoid the people who shove, cut lines, and talk loudly. You don't need to guess who they are, you will notice them quickly.

Это было грандиозно! Такие иммерсивные выставки я вижу впервые. Здесь используют не только свет и музыку, все куда глубже. На некоторых участках нужно походить в воде, что очень необычно. А где-то одна выставка продолжает другую.

It is beautiful and quite nice, but for me it could be cheaper, it has only one attraction per section, some of them really surprised me of how good they are. It's good if you have kids or if you are really into it. Metropolis was under renovation and the Joker attraction wasn't working. If possible go on weekdays, I was there yesterday (3/Nov) Tuesday and it was empty even though there was a huge group of students you didn't have to wait in the queue. So, it was possible to get all the attractions done and repeat it as many times as you want.

Bold and inspiring! A place that architects better don’t miss, if u’re by chance visiting near by.

This place is absolutely photogenic! 📸 ✅ Check-in Guide: Go down to the basement level and turn left to find the Food Court. Replenish your energy with food and drinks after shopping! After eating, walk straight to the self-service machine and scan the QR code with your phone for registration. It's completely free! You also need to scan this code to enter, so don't lose it! ⚠️ Important Notes: The Grand Mosque is solemn and majestic, perfect for taking photos. Whether you're a couple or a pair, absolutely no physical contact is allowed when taking photos. This is out of respect for religious beliefs 🙏 Individual photos should also be taken without making gestures or pointing at others/buildings. Quietly taking photos is already breathtaking! You can experience the authentic Grand Mosque atmosphere here. Wear a long skirt/trousers, and every shot will be a masterpiece of atmospheric beauty. Go for it!

Very good design. Good place to know the history of the country
