How to use

After booking, you will receive your vehicle and driver details one day before departure.

If you make a same-day booking, we will send the information as soon as the vehicle is assigned.

Please be ready at your hotel lobby or pickup point at the scheduled time.

The driver will hold a sign with your name at the meeting point.

If you cannot find the driver, please contact the phone number provided in the confirmation email.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

• This is a private transfer service. The vehicle is for your group only, with no sharing with other passengers.

• Please provide your hotel name, address, and preferred pickup time when booking.

• The driver will wait up to 30 minutes at the hotel lobby or pickup point after the scheduled time.

• For airport pickups, the driver will wait up to 120 minutes after the flight lands.

• Extra charges may apply for additional stops or waiting time.

• Infant seats are available upon request (subject to availability).

• Please note: Routes are fixed between booked destinations. Detours or sightseeing stops are not included.

• A surcharge applies for hotels or pickup and drop off points located far from the city center:

- 4-seater, 7-seater, and Deluxe Minivan: 100,000 VND

- 16-seater and Limousine: 200,000 VND
