This was my second visit to the railway market and floating market. I chose a different day trip this time, and I was lucky enough to meet our guide, Brother Huang. He not only speaks fluent Mandarin but also switches to Taiwanese, which was very welcoming. During the trip, he even took us to the traditional market, where we bought a bunch of bananas for 20 baht – an experience I wouldn't have had to do if I were traveling in Thailand on my own. The overall time management was excellent, and there was also a photographer on the group, which was very interactive and fun, allowing even those of us who aren't good at taking photos to enjoy ourselves. Last time, we didn't get to see the salt fields or feed the fish at the floating market, which were unique aspects of this trip! If any of my friends are planning a trip, I'll definitely book this tour again!★

When I arrived early at 12:50pm 1/19, (You asked that we arrive 10mins early for the 1pm class) via a bike ride, l saw no one in the area that appeared to be the "Cooking Class space," so was confused & kept walking down past that space&looked around the corner&walked back to that"Cooking area"& aimed to go into that space to a closed door to ask someone if THIS was the Cooking place I had a reservation at? There was NO Sign saying "Please Enter thru this space for yourClass" (to a large room where I found others seated.)Suggestion 4 Improvement: Place Sign Outside:"Welcome& Enter here 4 your Thai Cooking Class ;)Or Have a Person Stand outside 2Greet participants! ;)The guide&other staff were very Upbeat & friendly&the lead guide gave us A LOT of information about all the food ingredients,herbs,spices,vegetables,sauces, etc.They were very well organized w/how they arranged all the items needed for each dish on a nice tray.A Fun&Delicious Day!Bring Tupperware 2carry back rest of food ;)★

This class was so worth it. She taught us about all the ingredients we were using in the dishes we made at the market. Then we came back to cook the dishes. Three entrees and one dessert.
