I'm so grateful to Ken for his excellent driving and explanations during this trip to Penang with my parents from Taiwan. During the eight-plus hours, we smoothly visited Kek Lok Si Temple and Penang Hill in the morning (the experience of driving the Jeep up the hill was especially memorable). Ken's well-planned itinerary ensured we always finished before traffic jams. My family particularly enjoyed his recommendation of the Penang History Museum and the guide CK, who gave us a deep understanding of Penang's history. The two hours were completely engaging, and we learned about the connections between Penang and Taiwan! Next time I'm in Penang, I'll definitely hire Ken again to take my family to Ipoh and even Kuala Lumpur. I also highly recommend Ken to Taiwanese people who are hesitant but want to try it out – his service is top-notch! 👍

Our driver Mr Wong was exceptionally good and gave us an introduction of the city and the places we visited including the story behind each of the places. He took us to a local food restaurant and we simply loved the food. Overall experience was memorable and we highly recommend Mr Wong and this program for anyone visiting Penang.

The car was very clean, and the service was excellent. The driver (Jack) provided information about Penang's history and culture along the way, and the staff in the group chat were always prompt in their responses. A fantastic experience!
