Extremely satisfied! Customer service added me on WeChat immediately after I placed the order, and the tour guide contacted me on WeChat the afternoon before departure. Customer service also sent me a WeChat message with the meeting point information. This trip mainly focused on seeing mountains and rivers, which could have been a bit boring, but our tour guide, J01 Xiaoyu Will, was very professional, his explanations were interesting, and he was very friendly, making the trip very enjoyable. It was a wonderful day trip.★

My tour was partially ruined due to bad weather. Unfortunately, our tour was marred by rain and fog and more rain. Mount Fuji was fully hidden behind clouds and never became visible, the cable car ride was cancelled, the pirate ship cruise was also cancelled, and we weren't able to try the infamous black eggs. However, this review's rating reflects the tour guide and company, as they have no control over the weather. Despite the setbacks listed above, my tour guide, Wanting, did an excellent job organizing the trip and improvising the itinerary to work-around the turn of events. The tour itself was wonderful and we still saw some beautiful landscapes. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to see some of Japan's natural beauty. Hopefully you will experience better weather than I did! So even though I booked it on a particularly bad day weather-wise it was still a memorable and enjoyable experience.★

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.★

We really enjoyed this excursion. We attended on July 20, 2026. Matt was our guide, and it was a lot of fun and interesting. Even though the excursion was in English, everything was clear. I'd especially like to highlight the high level of organization; Matt explained everything clearly, including where to arrive and when. We visited on a rainy day and missed Mount Fuji, but we did see many other interesting sights. Our driver was very punctual, spoke good English, and translated into Russian for us. There were six of us, and the car was spacious enough for a comfortable ride, with plenty of room for bags and umbrellas. The trip was pleasant and comfortable. Thanks to Seki.
