I recently had the pleasure of exploring Sun Island Snow Sculpture Festival and Harbin Ice and Snow World with Tour Guide's SERA and I must say, it was unforgettable experience! SERA was not only knowledgeable about the history, ice sculptures done by which countries but also passionate on their insights.
From the stunning ice sculptures at the Sun Island Snow Sculptures Festival to the Harbin Ice and Snow World to the beautiful architecture and stunning ice sculptures, Sera brought every attraction to life with their vivid descriptions and anecdotes.
What impressed me most was SERA attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine concern for our comfort and enjoyment. Sera went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and memorable experience. She speaks good English.

Harbin feel like European-style city, local people most of them taller than others city in China, summer is cool, the prices are not high, except hotels are a little expensive, others are fine,the city scenery is beautiful, tour with local English tour guide easy and learn more.★

The agency was really helpful when we realised we booked the wrong tour and we actually wanted to visit the ice snow festival. Samantha was quick o respond and quickly made other alternative choices, she made a quick adjustment to the fee and booked us into the tour we want.
On day of tour while eating breakfast we realised we needed more time to finish eating and informed Samantha she was so quick to respond! Very helpful and able to accommodate. Tour guide Joanna was really patient and was so helpful throughout the whole private tour. Our daughter was struggling with the cold and we had to keep moving in and out of warm houses malls, despite needing to finish the tour of this year’s largest exhibition, Joanna was patient and even made many adjustments and advice in order to help keep our daughter warm enough.
The overall experience became memorable and fun despite the cold challenges, time adjustments. We are very thankful for well managed way we are taken care of and will highly recommend them to our friends and families <3 we are looking forward to coming back Harbin and will look to them for guided tours again!
