The last day in Bali ended perfectly. We visited Lover's Cliff, Manili Restaurant, the internet-famous highway, and finally were sent to the airport. The weather was sunny and beautiful without filters. The driver was very good, enthusiastic and thoughtful. He was very patient even though we were a little late. The customer service gave us a lot of advice during our time in Bali. Thank you~ Very good review

Overall, the day trip was good. Thanks to our driver, Santo, for being responsible and a skilled driver who made us feel safe. It should be noted that Ctrip advertises an upgraded Chinese-speaking driver-guide service, but in reality, the drivers they provided barely spoke Chinese, making communication in either Chinese or English difficult. This is clearly a problem with the Ctrip platform, not with the local drivers. To reiterate, driver Santo himself was excellent.

We had an amazing trip to Ubud with our guide Nyoman Sukrata. It was such a wonderful experience! He shared many interesting stories about culture, traditions, and local life, and explained everything in a very engaging and easy-to-understand way. Nyoman was also very kind, patient, and attentive to our needs. He helped us take many beautiful photos in the best spots and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the whole day. We never felt rushed and could truly enjoy every place we visited. He is professional, friendly, and has a great sense of humor, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to him, our visit to Ubud became one of the best memories of our time in Bali. Highly recommend Nyoman Sukrata if you want a memorable and well-organized tour!

A one-day tour with Mr. Zheng He, who drives for us, is better than a year of independent travel. Our itinerary in Ubud was arranged and led by Mr. Wayan Zheng He. He was very talkative, sharing a lot about local Balinese culture and recommending many restaurants. Also, when we were caught in a sudden downpour at the Tegallalang Rice Terraces and Tirta Empul Temple, Mr. Zheng He personally brought us umbrellas. This trip was perfect, and we are very grateful to Mr. Zheng He for his company for the entire day!
