If the tour group is stranded or delayed due to force majeure, or if losses are incurred as a result, the travelers shall bear the additional costs, and the travel agency will assist in making arrangements. In case of standard discrepancies due to special circumstances, refunds or supplements will be processed based on the actual situation.
8. This itinerary strictly complies with the new Tourism Law. All consumption during the trip or activities at attractions should be based on voluntary principles. Guides will not force any purchases, and any disputes arising from such matters are not the responsibility of the travel agency. Please consume wisely.
9. Travelers should take care of their personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency will not be responsible for any loss of property.
10. Travelers must not visit or participate in any projects that violate the laws and regulations of our country, social ethics, or the relevant laws, customs, and religious taboos of the travel destination.
11. The feedback form is an important basis for evaluating the quality of travel services. Please fill in your comments, suggestions, or compliments truthfully after your tour. If there are any service quality issues or disputes, please raise them locally for both parties to resolve through negotiation. If negotiation fails, you may file a complaint with the relevant authorities. We will not accept subsequent disputes arising from false, fabricated, or incomplete submissions, or overdue complaints.
