If a cancellation request is submitted before 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 5% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

5. In case of special circumstances such as traffic congestion or traffic control on the day of travel, the driver will arrange for the group to disperse at the nearest location.

6. During holidays, factors like traffic congestion may affect arrival times. The actual arrival time at Siguniang Mountain may be very late, so please be cautious when booking round-trip tickets for the same day.
