Excellent trout organization and very friendly staff. While it was a pity that the Waitomo Cave tour was canceled due to bad weather and flooding, the Hobbiton village experience was amazing.★

Dave was a fabulous guide and an outstanding ambassador for New Zealand! He was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Dave was well organized and kept the tour on track. He provided tips as to how to maximize our tour experience and freely offered advice on Auckland restaurants and shopping. I truly believe he was the finest tour guide I have ever encountered!★

We love it! We were picked up right on time and our driver was very kind and professional. The van was super comfortable, and we really appreciated having private transportation ❤️ The Hobbiton tour was amazing!! We arrived with enough time to get breakfast and visit the souvenir store. Our guide was fantastic, and both my brother and I had such a great time! We even received a Hobbiton cup as a “compensation” because they were doing some works in a small part of the field. I barely noticed it… but the detail made the experience even more special. The Waitomo Caves are absolutely stunning! so beautiful that almost look unreal. It truly feels like looking at a million galaxies. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely one I would highly recommend. A big thank you to our driver for all the helpful tips and details along the way ❤️
