If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 6 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 90% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 6 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

If you wish to specify a particular camp shown in the photos, please contact customer support in advance. Without prior communication, orders will be randomly assigned by default.
