Very professionally organised before the trip and also on the day of the trip. The driver and tour guide assigned were very experienced and shared the history and local experiences of Hangzhou well. I have two young kids and two old parents and they accomodated the private tour to be a relaxed and gentle pace so that everyone could enjoy★

It’s free & easy, was provided same driver & tour guide, pretty professional service. Meals were not included so better to let guide know of your preference and expectation if you have a budget. Traffic was very bad, we had to skip Leifeng Pagoda. Overall was excellent and enjoyable.★

Because I was traveling from Wenzhou to Hangzhou with colleagues to catch a flight, I booked this one-day tour around West Lake two days in advance, taking advantage of a spare moment. Overall, it was a very good experience. Due to the bad weather in Hangzhou and occasional heavy rain, coupled with a large number of tourists, the tour guide adjusted the itinerary based on the weather and traffic conditions. At the last stop, the rain became so heavy that we had to ask the tour guide to cancel the tour and go back to the hotel to rest! The entire experience was excellent. From the initial contact with Mr. Jacky from China Memory Trip International Travel Agency (the supplier on Trip.com), who confirmed our desired itinerary and discussed alternatives, making us feel valued, to the excellent vehicle arrangement and driver, and the attentive tour guide Miss Si who provided continuous explanations and made thoughtful arrangements throughout the trip, this was a highly recommended experience!
