How to use

Address: Inside Shendu Theater, Shendu Thirteen Squares, intersection of Longmen Avenue and Gucheng Road, Taikang East Road Street, Luolong District, Luoyang

Operating hours: "Hetu Luoshu" performance time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7:30 PM–8:30 PM); Saturday, Sunday (two performances: 4:30 PM–5:30 PM and 7:30 PM–8:30 PM)

Performance duration: The full performance consists of three acts and lasts approximately 60 minutes (actual duration may vary based on live performance). Please arrive 15 minutes before the show.

Shendu Thirteen Squares admission hours: Mon–Sun (all day 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, last entry at 7:30 PM)

Children under 1.2m in height can enter for free (no seat provided, each adult can only bring one free-entry child).

Children 1.2m and taller pay the same price as adults

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

This is an indoor seated performance. Please take your assigned seat. The theater lighting is dim, so please watch your step, follow staff instructions, and stay safe.
This performance includes lasers, sound and light effects, and smoke. Pregnant women, infants, and individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, or similar conditions should carefully assess their own situation and purchase tickets voluntarily only if their personal safety can be ensured.
Due to copyright restrictions, professional photography/videography equipment with light sources such as cameras, video cameras, tripods, and soft lights are not permitted inside the venue.
Please queue for ticket check 15 minutes in advance; ticket checking stops 10 minutes after the show starts. This performance follows a one-person-one-ticket policy. Tickets can be booked using ID, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents. After booking, scan the QR code for admission. Those who booked with an ID can also scan their ID for entry.
Each ticket-holding adult can bring one child 1.2m or under for free without a seat. Children over 1.2m require a full-price ticket. Guardians are responsible for children's safety and behavior during the performance.
The admission ticket is only valid for the corresponding date and time slot. Please carefully check the performance date, time, and time slot before purchasing to ensure the booking information is accurate.
Tickets must be canceled at least one day in advance during holidays; same-day cancellations are not accepted.
Seats are randomly assigned in the selected area and cannot be chosen
Pets are not allowed in the theater during performances.
Please do not bring lighters, flammable and explosive items, or other dangerous controlled articles into the venue.
Do not bring any items that staff deem may affect others' normal viewing experience, disrupt venue order, or endanger venue safety.
Theater staff reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove audience members who violate the above rules.
This ticket does not include insurance. Please purchase travel accident insurance separately.
