Dear guests, please present your e-voucher at the ticket office of the corresponding pier for redemption and ticket exchange.

After verification by the staff, you will be provided with a physical ticket for boarding. Present your ticket to embark on a romantic night cruise along the Chao Phraya River.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 5:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

In case of rain or bad weather, the cruise staff will assist in relocating travelers with open-air seats to shared indoor tables. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for your kind consideration.
