It was an unforgettable adventure, the climb took 2 hours, it was difficult in places, we took breaks, but it was worth it, the sunrise was beautiful, plus they brought breakfast for us at the top, our guide was very nice and pleasant★

The tour guide and driver were very polite. The only thing we didn't understand was why the driver was with his wife when the car picked us up (?). Unfortunately, we were unlucky; the sunrise was completely cloudy. However, the atmosphere was absolutely stunning. + The photos from the tour guide are top-notch!★

Our driver Dedi was a lovely fellow who made us feel welcome and comfortable in his presence. He followed our custom itinerary to the dot. When we couldn’t go to one of the places we planned, he took us to a coffee plantation which was amazing.★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
