Thank you, Teacher An Yue, for your explanation. You were kind, approachable, and professional, using simple and easy-to-understand language. While explaining the archaeological museum's collection, you skillfully connected it with precious artifacts from other museums, creating a layered and integrated experience. This made the seemingly distant field of archaeology come alive, giving us a more three-dimensional and comprehensive understanding of the historical context behind the artifacts. The banquet was a good event, but the third-party service platform's attitude was extremely poor. No one was willing to help. The Spring Festival holiday ticket rush conflicted with the banquet time, and I wanted a refund. It was incredibly difficult to get a refund. I booked a 3:30 PM ticket, and the day before, I called the platform. They told me to call 95010 to "negotiate a refund with the merchant."
I called another number, and they kept saying I was joking, then that they hadn't received any information, then that the Zhang family (the platform's name) was wrong, then the Li family (the platform's name) was wrong.
The third call: "Look at the refund requirements yourself. I can give you feedback, but I don't know the outcome."
I didn't need this service; I didn't want to put up with this.
The next morning, I contacted them again, and the fourth thing they said was, "Look at the regulations yourself." Everyone's answer was "Look at the regulations," which are practically the national constitution. Even if a refund is impossible, this is the attitude they should have.★

I loved it. Tour was very well organised, communication was clear and I was offered a lot of food to try. There were also bits of history and local culture explanations.
