I was late for my lessons and she kindly rescheduled and allowed me to change the location too as we had left Rusutsu for Niseko. Weather was terrible, ski lifts was closed and we rescheduled again!! So lucky with Olivia. She sent Vee, so kind and so patient. Will definitely book with Olivia again next time.★

Round-trip bus service, tour guide Nana provided excellent explanations.
The ski resort is much better than those in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions of China.

Very good package - you can choose whether you need the instructor which luckily I did get that package. From pick up from the train station till the drop off everything is very streamlined and efficient. Staff is also great. I thought that I had booked an English instructor but was given a Chinese instructor, no big deal but an English instructor would make it better★

I’ve been on so many day tours, but Guide Kondu was perfect—with so much information, honest reviews, incredible care, and even looking out for us after the tour ended ❤️ Thanks to you, I returned with a great impression of Taiwan, delicious food, and a fun trip. I’m visiting Taiwan again with friends in a few months, and I want to travel with you one more time! ☺️ I’ll definitely book a tour again next time!!
