Sydney New Year's Eve Fireworks Cruise on Fantasea Avalon 2.25 Hours (Departing from Darling Harbour/One Fireworks Show)

1. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and meals. Some snacks are available for purchase on board.

2. Outside alcoholic drinks are prohibited. The ship has a licensed bar serving alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.

Please wear clothing appropriate for the evening's weather conditions.

4. For passenger safety, travel or weather conditions, economic circumstances, or other reasons, we reserve the right to: notify you in advance before ticket purchase, charge additional fuel surcharges, arrange alternative vessels, or modify itineraries and service schedules.

We reserve the following rights: to substitute any other vessel (including vessels not owned by the company) for the designated cruise ship, provided that the substitute vessel is of a similar type to the one specified in the cruise and contains comparable facilities; to cancel or abandon the cruise before or during its commencement if the company or captain deems it necessary due to weather conditions or for the safety and well-being of the vessel, unless otherwise expressly stipulated in these terms and conditions. Neither passengers, crew members, nor the company shall be responsible for any loss or expense incurred by passengers as a result of such substitution or cancellation.

6. By boarding our vessel, you agree to comply with all reasonable requests made by us and/or the captain.

7. If a passenger's behavior negatively impacts others, we will take the following measures: Take all reasonable steps to remove the offending passenger from our vessel at their own expense. Notify the relevant authorities to bring the offending passenger ashore for appropriate handling. Record the detailed information of the offending passenger in our incident log.
