An excellent experience - as we were there during birthing season memorable to see the young monkeys swimming with the moms. Our guide Kata was excellent and was nor hesitant to elaborate on any questions we had. Our traveling companions was a very diverse group which also made the trip enjoyable.★

The group was small, and we were given a Coaster 18. The ride was smooth, and we had a Chinese-speaking driver and tour guide. At each attraction, the guide provided a comprehensive introduction to the classic features, tour times, and meeting points. It was a very satisfying tour experience; the Upper Heights are definitely worth a visit.★

This was a wonderful private day tour for our party of 4, with our guide, Fumiko, who met us in the hotel lobby in Nagano and helped us obtain our train tickets to Matsumoto.
Fumiko gave us a wonderful tour of Matsumoto City, including Frog Street, and Matsumoto Castle, and arranged for an outstanding lunch at the Kobayashi Soba Restaurant, who went out of their way of look after special dietary requirements of one of our party.
We thoroughly enjoyed the day and spending time with Fumiko in Matsumoto.★

The whole tour is very smooth as we had a very small group. Tour guide Alex has tried his best to let us go around while the weather is unfortunately rainy and foggy. The journey is pleasant and despite the weather factor, I’ll recommend the service from the agency especially if you are a first timer to the kurobe alpine. Lastly, many thanks to the support team behind the scene, they contacted me immediately when the original date I booked got cancelled, they managed to form another group on the next day and kept me informed timely. Overall a good experience and I’ll definitely come back again.
