Our driver and tour guide was kind and attentive, driving safely and smoothly, and attentively caring for our elderly family members. He offered no extra sales pitches along the way, ensuring a very satisfying return. In Dali Ancient Town, he proactively contacted the official electric sightseeing bus company and personally took us to our destination, saving us a lot of unnecessary hassle. Their professionalism was exceptional. Every step within the scenic area was meticulously planned; simply following the leader meant almost no waiting in line. The entire tour proceeded smoothly, making for a wonderful experience! The tour leader was also very enthusiastic, sharing local customs and traditions along the way and answering all questions, making me look forward to returning to Lijiang. Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.
