The tour guide plans the itinerary according to the weather. When it looked like it would rain, he told us to go to other attractions first, and the waterfall would be last, so we only got a little rain (the original itinerary would have left us soaked until the end). Along the way, the guide told us stories about Iceland, introduced the attractions, and reminded us of important things to note – he was incredibly kind! It was a wonderful experience! (I chose the English version!)★

Our tour guide, Miss Jin, was from Poland, but she was like a friendly girl next door, speaking fluent Chinese. The day's itinerary was very long, a full 15 hours. Jin explained Icelandic history and culture in detail, including the origins of each attraction, and meticulously arranged every aspect of our journey. Our driver, Alex, was from Spain, a very kind and simple young man. They worked hard all day to cover the distance, without even having time for a proper meal. When we returned to Reykjavik that night, he even helped me book a taxi back to the hotel from the pick-up point. Despite the 15-hour journey, we didn't feel tired at all; instead, we returned to the hotel in very good spirits. Looking forward to seeing you again!Trip.com Picks
