The hotel is very close to Rome Termini train station. There's a Chinese restaurant next door called Wangxianglou (or something similar), their boiled beef is pretty good. There's also a motorcycle rental shop; I have a license, so I rented a Vespa for 3 hours for 45 euros, it was a lot of fun.
The hotel is typical European style, the rooms are quite small, and the elevator is especially small. But the facilities are decent, and the cleanliness is acceptable.★

It was great that we were allowed to skip the lines at the entrances to the Vatican Museums and the Colosseum. The metro ticket only worked after our second visit to the office (hence the one-star deduction). Otherwise, everything went smoothly.★

The best experience we have had in Rome. The early morning start was worth every euro as temperatures reached 40C outside. Our guide Elaine was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke very clearly and made the history very interesting and her little anecdotes were marvellous. She made the tour the highlight of our visit to Rome.
