Our guide, Phat, contacted us in advance to confirm route details and met us at the hotel. He offered to take photos at every location, held lines for photos, kept an eye on everyone in the group, bought tickets, and shared interesting facts about the sites. Fun fact: they said the jeep would be pink, then they said it would be turquoise, but in the end, a green one arrived :) So if you see a jeep of a different color near your location, it's most likely behind you, don't be shy about asking the driver.★
