I was impressed by the size of the conference rooms, plus lots of chandeliers and marble everywhere.

The Parliament Building is a place of immense cultural value and interest. It's definitely worth a visit for its opulent architecture, but also to learn about the country's political development, which undoubtedly influenced the development of this impressive project. The tour was extremely well-curated and packed with information, which, in my opinion, piques the visitor's curiosity. Roberto, our guide, was impeccable; he also suggested many other places of interest to visit; you can tell he's passionate about what he tells us. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic day thanks to this perfectly organized guided tour. Gabriel created a warm and welcoming atmosphere: very pleasant, always smiling, and with touches of humor, he made every moment of the tour come alive. You can tell he knows the places very well and loves sharing their history, which really enhances the experience. One of the great advantages of this tour is that you don't have to manage anything yourself: no need to book the different sites, everything is already arranged. You just follow the guide and fully enjoy the day. Just remember to bring some cash for payments made directly to him, as well as your ID for certain visits. Thanks to this impeccable organization, we were able to discover magnificent places without any stress. A great day (despite the rain) and full of discoveries. I highly recommend this experience; you can choose it without hesitation!

Reviews: The Real tour of Communism

It’s true that there are a few different options for communism-related walking tours in Bucharest. My friend and I chose this one in particular on the first day of our trip to Bucharest due to its 12pm start time and us wanting to sleep in after our late flights. Things could not have worked out more wonderfully! This was the first thing we did during our stay in Bucharest and Andrea’s commentary was not only extremely informative, but the tour gave us ideas on how best to spend our other days in the city. We absolutely loved learning about the “City of Contrasts” and getting our trip started on the right foot. Thank you, Andrea!
