The hike departs at 8:30 AM from the Deepwater Basin at Milford Sound / Piopiotahi, while the cruise sets off at 2:45 PM from the Milford Sound / Piopiotahi travelers' wharf.

The hike departs at 1:00 PM from the Deepwater Basin at Milford Sound / Piopiotahi, while the cruise sets off at 9:30 AM from the Milford Sound / Piopiotahi travelers' wharf.

Departing from Queenstown, embark on a journey through Gibbston Valley wine country. During this relaxed and intimate tour, you'll meet passionate winemakers and taste their award-winning wines. The stunning Central Otago landscape not only provides perfect photo opportunities but also showcases what makes these wines truly exceptional. Small groups, fascinating stories, and outstanding wines—what more could you ask for?
The full-day wine adventure activity includes visits to top pick renowned wineries in Gibbston Valley, wine tasting, and a snack platter. Each winery is selected for its world-class grape varieties, passionate winemakers, and connection to Central Otago's viticultural traditions. Brennan Wines, Waitiri Creek, Chard Farm in Gibbston Valley, and Nockie's Palette in Arrowtown are our four featured boutique wineries. We will visit three of these boutique wineries (including but not limited to those listed above), with wine tasting and a simple platter lunch at each stop. These wineries are celebrated for their outstanding Pinot Noir and other Central Otago wines. In certain cases, these wineries may not be able to offer wine, but they will certainly ensure your satisfaction.

1. This tour covers the highlights of the Milford Track, spanning approximately 11 km and taking about 4 hr to complete. It does not include the full Milford Track itinerary, making it ideal for visitors with limited time or those who prefer lighter hiking.
