Important notices

Photo Shoot Time Rules: The duration is calculated based on the booked time. You can change shooting locations within the package, and travel time between locations counts toward your total. Overtime shooting requires prior communication with the supplier and will incur additional fees.
Package Capacity / Vehicle Type: Default 5-seat private charter (maximum 4 customers + 2 pieces of luggage), photography limited to 3 people; for additional passengers or other vehicle types, please contact the merchant for pricing details.
Fee description: Admission ticket / meals (to be covered by the client if accompanied, no need to cover if unaccompanied), accommodation in another location (to be covered by the client);
Service Staff Note: You may request a preference for the staff's gender or language, but this cannot be guaranteed. Only professional languages for business translation services can be specified as needed. Please communicate any specific requirements in advance. If you are unsatisfied during the service, you may raise it on-site. Makeup/styling or photography can be modified immediately. Reshoots or refunds are not accepted after photo delivery.
Photo Delivery: Bring your own card reader for on-the-spot copying. By default, photos will be delivered via Baidu Netdisk or Google Drive. Raw photos will be delivered within 48 hours, and retouched photos (after confirmation) will be delivered within 7 days.

How to use

1. Order Placement and Communication Process

·Consultation: Please confirm the service content, price, and request with the merchant before placing an order. Placing an order implies acceptance of this product's terms (customers will be responsible for any request changes/refunds resulting from failure to consult).

· Booking reservation: After submitting your booking, the supplier will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability. Please ensure you provide correct contact information and keep your phone accessible. If multiple contact attempts fail, please promptly check the notification messages sent by the supplier.

·Last-minute booking: Please consult the merchant for same-day service availability.

2. Scheduling Rules

No refund will be issued if the guest fails to show up after booking; please be advised.

- The booked package has an expiration date. Customers without scheduled dates can prioritize selecting globally applicable packages (prices vary by region, subject to inquiry).

3. Change & Refund Policy

- If a refund is requested before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

- Confirmed bookings are non-refundable; if the service provider's schedule permits, one free date change is allowed, which must be requested at least half a month in advance;

- No refund will be issued for bookings if travel is prevented due to force majeure circumstances such as transportation delays, strikes, aircraft malfunctions, or flight cancellations.

4. Emergency Booking Policy

Bookings made between 22:00 and 9:00 the next day are considered non-standard working hours bookings. By placing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that the supplier will process and contact you in booking order after 9:00 the next day.

Late-night/early morning service requiring additional staff effort will incur an emergency service fee, with safety assessment conducted.

5. Other fees description

Travel expenses and service fees for extended travel time due to distant service locations should be communicated and confirmed with the merchant in advance, and will be borne by the customer.

Change & cancellation policies

This product can be canceled for a fee of 50%. If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

Partial refund is not available.
