Fantastic short tour - pick up bang on time, tour leader Barry very informative, clear and funny, his English was perfect. Although he warned us that there is no guarantee that we will see lots of pandas we were lucky and saw lots of very active pandas, including ones that were still very young and were playing with their mums.The tour only visits about half of the site but with limited time in Chengdu this was more than enough. We probably had about 2 hours on site in total but Barry knew shortcuts to help us get around quickly. Highly recommended!

I joined a half-day tour to Chengdu Panda Base all by myself. The tour guide and the driver were absolutely awesome! The base is so huge, I definitely would’ve gotten lost if I went alone. So glad the guide took us around, and the tour even included a shuttle bus which was such a nice touch—didn’t feel tired at all after the visit! Saw heaps of giant pandas and red pandas, they’re insanely cute! Everyone should come see them, it’s totally worth it!

This trip to Chengdu was absolutely perfect! The panda base boasts a tranquil environment surrounded by bamboo forests. The pandas are incredibly adorable, munching on bamboo, rolling around, and climbing trees – all so cute! The panda cubs in the Moon Nursery are especially heartwarming, and the smooth route is incredibly therapeutic. It's a must-visit gem in Chengdu. The Leshan Giant Buddha, the world's largest, is absolutely awe-inspiring. Nestled against the mountain and overlooking the river, its magnificent presence allows you to truly appreciate the wisdom and craftsmanship of the ancients. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I was extremely satisfied with driver Xiao Cui on this trip to Dujiangyan! He was warm, honest, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. His driving skills were smooth and safe, and the car was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable ride. He was very familiar with the roads in and around Dujiangyan, and his itinerary was well-planned, avoiding detours and wasting time, making the entire trip worry-free and reassuring. Along the way, he patiently introduced local attractions and offered practical travel tips, answering all my questions—he was very reliable. He proactively helped with my luggage, and his attitude was gentle and polite. Overall, his service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Dujiangyan. Choosing driver Xiao Cui will definitely give you peace of mind, comfort, and confidence. I will definitely choose him again next time! If I could rate him, I would give him 100 points. If I have the opportunity to come to Chengdu again, I will definitely use driver Xiao Cui again. [Roses][Roses][Roses][Roses] Now, let's talk about the tour guide. The guide's explanations were professional and vivid, leaving a deep impression. The guide was very familiar with the historical background, engineering structure, and cultural value of Dujiangyan. Using easy-to-understand language, he clearly explained the working principles of the three main projects: the Fish Mouth Weir, the Feisha Weir, and the Baopingkou Weir, allowing us to truly understand the wisdom of the ancients in water management. The guided tour was well-organized and highlighted key points, making it both interesting and informative. The service was warm and attentive throughout, with a patient and friendly attitude, timely reminders of important information, and consideration for everyone's pace. Under the guide's guidance, we not only admired the magnificent water conservancy projects but also learned a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. The entire trip was fulfilling and enjoyable, a very satisfying guided tour experience.
