Younes was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. Drove us around to some great areas, touching on all the highlights of Amsterdam the best he could (which we thought he did great) with the little of 3 hours we had. I originally booked a Chinese-language tour, but it wasn't available that day, so I switched to an English-language tour. The rest of the group was foreigners. Our guide and driver, Reinier, was a young Chinese man who spoke quite well and occasionally gave me individual Chinese instructions. Overall, the experience was excellent. The guide was considerate, providing water, an umbrella, and a charger, and he wasn't pushy. His explanations were also very good. The scenery was stunning. I heard it was off-season, so the crowds were relatively small, but there were still quite a few. A truly worthwhile day trip.
