The staff were incredibly welcoming. They contacted me in advance to arrange the itinerary, and due to weather conditions, the flight was changed to a clear day. They kept confirming the time with me, arranging the shuttle bus, and explaining any precautions. Finally, I got to experience the activity. The flight was perfect, very smooth and stable, even more stable than I expected. We even stopped at the top of the mountain to land and take photos đˇ. I had a wonderful and perfect experience.â

We almost bagged out of this experience when the temperature was dropping and the wind picked up but weâre so glad we did it. We met up with Kevin in the park and strapped on our helmets. Kevin even loaned me a coat. Within no time we were on our way to downtown Queenstown , simply enjoying the views and allowing Kevin to safely navigate us down the wharf and onto some of the prettiest coast of Lake Wakatipu. Half the fun is experiencing the ride and the icing on the cake is the views. Kevin adds a few historical tidbits but the ride is all about safety. A highlight was going to the Queenâs Gardens and briefly trying our hand at frisbee golf. Please sign up for the 2 hour ride and Iâm sure you wonât regret it!â
