This half-day tour of the Terracotta Warriors was fantastic overall, a fulfilling and comfortable experience. Special praise goes to our guide, Ms. Xing Yajuan; she was incredibly thoughtful, professional, meticulous, and patient. Originally scheduled for 9:30 to 11:30, she led us for a full three hours, without any rush. She also made sure to check on everyone's needs, such as photo opportunities, restroom breaks, souvenir purchases, and whether we were pressed for time. Knowing that many of us dislike crowds, she would deliberately take us to less congested areas for explanations, making the experience clearer and more enjoyable.
Ms. Xing has an exceptional understanding of the details of the terracotta warriors, explaining everything from clothing, hairstyles, and expressions to weapons and formations in a vivid and insightful way. I learned a great deal and gained a deeper appreciation for the awe-inspiring nature of the Terracotta Warriors. I highly recommend Ms. Xing Yajuan; she is one of the best and most dedicated guides I've ever encountered on any tour.★

Hooray, okay. Let's start with the fact that I'm the only one in the group from Russia, over 60 years old (my birthday is today), and I found myself without internet access or a translator. Kristina, our guide, came to the rescue. We communicated with an offline translator on her side and assigned me to a married couple so I could somehow... everything went perfectly. The ascent was loss-free. A huge thank you to Kristina! By the way, I booked the excursion from Russia, through the website, and everything was spot on. Wishing the "Busda" team prosperity. We booked a day trip to the zoo the day before. A staff member created a group chat so we could ask questions and get prompt answers. The driver, a local Thai, picked us up early the next morning. He was very nice and explained how to explore the zoo, including parking at photo spots. He was very attentive to the elderly. The zoo offers wheelchair rentals for 700 baht per day, which is great for people with mobility issues. The zoo has separate wildlife areas, and you can drive there. We watched a marine animal show, which was excellent despite our limited time; we saw everything we wanted to see. It was a very good experience.★

This Phi Phi Island itinerary was very well-planned (Touch!), starting with sightseeing and then snorkeling. This way, we could take beautiful photos and fully enjoy the water. Maya Bay was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water, and we were even lucky enough to spot a small shark. I highly recommend the optional longtail boat tour (not included in the itinerary), which allows you to take great photos from the boat and also lets you disembark at the beach in Pereh Bay. After snorkeling, we returned to shore as the Andaman Sea sunset cast a beautiful glow on the water.
Thanks to the Bina team! Every member worked incredibly hard and provided excellent service!
