Because I couldn't get tickets for the miniature train, I booked an English-speaking tour instead. The driver and guide were very helpful and provided excellent explanations. They even took photos and videos for me. I'm so grateful!★

At first, I was a little worried because the tour was in Chinese, but our guide, Carter, kindly explained things in English, so I was able to complete the tour without any problems. Please note that you'll need to bring cash for zoo admission. Also, for the Puffing Billy train, sit on the left side of the train for a better view.★

This Great Ocean Road day trip was a fantastic experience overall, a must-see! The driver was incredibly steady, and despite the many curves on the Great Ocean Road, the ride was comfortable and smooth throughout, giving me a great sense of security. There was a slight delay in picking us up in the morning due to a hotel location issue, but the tour guide reacted quickly, communicating and making adjustments promptly to resolve the problem. The itinerary was well-planned, the ocean views along the way were breathtaking, and we were even lucky enough to see wild kangaroos – a superb experience! The tour guide provided detailed explanations and attentive service, with no forced spending throughout the trip, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this tour; it's a must-do when visiting Melbourne!★

Peter, our guide, was friendly and spoke slowly for those who didn't speak English well! If you arrive in downtown Melbourne, it's after 11 PM, and you'll have free time during the day to eat on your own! Be sure to bring water and sun protection! We saw penguins at the end, even though it was a little dark! We stopped by a few places before heading to see the penguins, and they were all great!★
